Windows 11 system info showed nothing present. There was a time when the system didn't think it had a TPM module though it was installed and active in the bios. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Intel Driver Update Utility and it shows that all the intel drivers are up to date. In the system log, there are a few errors that seem odd.Ī timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Intel(R) SUR QC Software Asset Manager service to connect. I have downloaded a couple of tools to test the NVME M2 storage that the unit came with. The power button is needed to be held to restart.nothing is responsive. Sometimes if I wait, the input will work, but rarely. Meaning, I can try to type or press a key (say the Windows Key or ctrl-alt-del). The Lights on the keyboard still work, the display is on, and the mouse appears to move, but no response to keyboard input, mouse input. Powering up, the notebook will work randomly for anywhere from 5 mins to a couple hours. I am an IT Pro (network engineer) but i'm no longer a notebook or hardware guy. I have all the drivers updated to the latest and have updated to 22H2 to try to see if something was going on.
The device seems to be unresponsive to mouse,keyboard, etc. Within the past week, my G75 Leopard has been acting really wonky and unresponsive.
